There Are No Words

Graphically Inspired Abstraction

by Philip High and Keith Kleespies

Work that explores the potential for using tools, marks, and materials from the graphic arts to communicate expressively without verbal content.

In case you missed our show, “DUO,” in Lexington last month, Keith and I are having a “pop-up” exhibit in Louisville next week that includes many of those pieces plus a few more.

Thanks to the generosity, and scheduling flexibility, of Jen Grove at Lettersong Studio/Gallery in Butchertown, the show, re-titled, “There Are No Words,” will be up from Thursday, June 2nd through Sunday, June 5th, with an opening reception on Friday, June, 3rd from 5:30 – 8:30 PM. As an added bonus the Butchertown Art Fair is Saturday and Sunday that weekend.

Please consider dropping by for a sip and chat during the reception, if you can. Or visit during the Art Fair for a double dose of culture buzz.
